Overwhelmed with endless admin tasks,
meetings, and emails?

An Executive Personal Assistant gives you back time!

As a busy professional, it’s easy for important tasks to slip through the cracks. This is true in both work and at home. The daily struggle to stay on top of admin or accounting tasks is too real. The to-do list never ends, emails pile up, meetings overlap, follow-ups get forgotten and general admin can be too much. This is where an Executive Personal Assistant can be so valuable.

The admin, emails and diary management that comes hand in hand with work life, managing a business, as well as family or household matters can be vast. Sometimes the life admin alone that comes along with ‘family’ can often feel like a full-time job. Does this sound familiar?

Day to day tasks can take over. Leaving very little time to do much of anything else.

Helen is nothing short of a miracle! I wouldn’t be without her. She supports me both within the businesses that I run, as well as a personal PA helping with all sorts of tasks. She’s so interchangeable and willing to give anything a go which is exactly what I need as my job is very varied. I have struggled with PAs in the past as all they do is typing and travel arrangements, but Helen does accounts, ordering, reports, analysis, meeting minutes, health and safety and a whole other array of job roles (even on the odd occasion DIY) and works autonomously all the time with confidence. Within a business like mine, it is key to be multitasking. Helen is trusted with highly confidential information also. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone whether a large-scale PLC or an individual just looking for a bit of extra support.

I have been so privileged to have worked with Helen over the last 12 months and continue to work with her regularly. Our relationship has blossomed as we have got to know one another and Helen’s intuition of how I like things to be done is on point. Unlike other employees, consultants and people I have worked with, Helen is very capable at taking on feedback which is so important when trying to get things to a high standard. She gives 100% to everything she does and is very conscientious. I trust Helen with very sensitive information both within my business and personal life as she works for me in both capacities

frequently asked questions

The honest answer? Pretty much ‘anything you need’ (within reason!). An EPA provides professional business support including email and diary management, admin tasks, document preparation, reporting, follow-ups, and general office management and support. But assisting with personal tasks such as organising travel arrangements, family events, trades for renovation projects, and even the occasional DIY task has not been unheard of! The list for an EPA is practically endless. The best way to know how I can help is to discuss your unique challenges, then I can take over the tasks that slow you down or cause you stress, giving you more time to focus on what matters most.

Yes, I offer virtual EPA services. I can support you remotely or in-person depending on your preference. My services are flexible and designed to fit seamlessly into your workflow. I find that working closely with you initially helps me understand your needs and determine the best approach to help you to the best of my ability. Absolutely. An Executive Personal Assistant can handle both business and personal tasks, helping you streamline your life.  I often see that business priorities cross over with personal responsibilities, and my goal is to make everything run smoothly and efficiently, so my support has a positive impact across the board.

First, I listen and observe. Understanding your priorities is key before implementing a system that works for you. Over time, I become like your right-hand support, organising your diary, prioritising and responding to emails, managing workflows, tracking follow-ups and handling deadlines. My goal is to make your schedule work for you, not against you, so you can focus on what really matters.

I can usually begin once we’ve worked out your priorities, workload and whether the support will be remote or in-person, I’m always transparent about what I can achieve and when, so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is provide a reliable, efficient support without over-promising, ensuring a smooth start that sets us up for success.

My current rates typically range from £26.50 to £30.00 per hour, depending on the work required. All fees and any expenses are agreed in advance for complete transparency.

I usually charge hourly, though this can be adjusted depending on your specific needs or the type of project.

To keep contracts current and avoid renegotiation each year, my contracts include an annual price increase of 2%, effective on the first Monday after the start of the new tax year.

This ensures continuity while keeping any increase gradual and manageable.

Not at all. Open communication is key. I work alongside you to make your day more organised, productive and stress-free, managing your diary and tasks so you stay in control while enjoying more time and clarity.

I offer flexible billing options to suit your needs. Most clients prefer an hourly rate, while some choose a retainer for regular, ongoing tasks. I provide a detailed time sheet for all work completed, and invoice at the end of each calendar month, with payment due 7 days from invoice date. This ensures full transparency and peace of mind.

I have worked with wide range of businesses and busy professionals, including construction and landscaping companies, start-ups, family offices, tenanted industrial estates, land owners and property developers. My Executive Personal Assistant, Bookkeeping and Admin services are flexible and tailored to your unique workflow, so whether you need business support, personal assistance, or a mix of both, I adapt.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is taken extremely seriously. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is built into my contract and signed before any work begins. If you have a specific NDA or confidentiality agreement you’d prefer me to sign, that’s no problem at all.

All work is GDPR compliant, and professional discretion is non-negotiable. Your information, systems, and communications are always handled securely and with complete trust.

Communication is tailored to your preference. This might include regular check-ins on whichever platform is your preference, email summaries, shared task lists, or progress reports. The goal is to keep you informed without adding to your workload, so you always know what’s been handled and what’s coming next.

Yes, absolutely. Many clients choose to start with a short-term or trial arrangement to ensure we are the right fit for each other. This allows you to experience the benefits of having an EPA before committing to ongoing support.
